"Focus, Control, Center, Breathing, Fluency, Precision", these 6 words are the basic elements of doing Pilates well.
1. Focus
Focus while training, the mind controls the body, and it is about 5 points: intelligence, intuition, imagination, willpower and memory.
2. Control
When using core strength and focusing on movement, the movement is controlled, and uncontrolled movements can cause damage to the body.
3. Center
The core strength of the body, from which all movements originate (core strength)
4. Breathe
Action and breathing must be fully coordinated, and the lungs need to be completely emptied when exhaling.
5. Smooth
Movement is fluid, transitions are minimized, and done at a specific rhythm, nothing is too fast or too slow.
6. Precise
Precise movements can help improve control, correct bad living habits and exercise patterns, quality is greater than quantity, and the ultimate goal is the best results.
